Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Raasuum, the business software operated by Woyitba Group in Mogadishu. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff do with the logins you give them. Keep passwords private, and remove people from your team when they leave. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.

Your data is yours

The records you enter — your products, sales, customers, tenants, tickets and invoices — belong to your business, not to us. We store and process them to run the service for you. You can ask for an export or for deletion at any time; see the privacy policy.

Paying for Raasuum

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, from the mobile-money wallet you nominate.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. We will tell you before a price changes.
• If a payment does not clear, your subscription is marked past due. Access continues for a short grace period, after which the business is suspended until payment is settled.
• You can cancel at any time. We do not refund part-months.

Acceptable use

Do not use Raasuum to break the law, to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to attempt to reach another business's data, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend an account that does.

Messages we send on your behalf

Raasuum can send SMS and WhatsApp messages to your customers and tenants when you set up an automation rule. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact those people, and for the content of the templates you write. Message delivery depends on the mobile networks and is not guaranteed.

Availability

We work to keep Raasuum available, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, by a network or power failure, or by a supplier outage. Raasuum needs an internet connection to record a sale.

Limits of our liability

Raasuum is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the agreement

You may close your business account at any time from Settings. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if you do not pay. After closure we keep your data for a short period so it can be restored or exported, then delete it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app or by message before it takes effect.
